Welcome to Teddy Maker Mobile! We’re a small, family-owned business based in Ontario, Canada, and we’re genuinely glad you’re here. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://www.teddymakermobile.com and any purchases you make through it.
By browsing our website or placing an order, you’re agreeing to these Terms. Please take a few minutes to read them — we’ve written them as clearly as we can so you know exactly what to expect when you shop with us. If you don’t agree with any part of these Terms, please don’t use our website or place an order.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Teddy Maker Mobile.

2. Products and Orders
2.1 What We Sell
We offer take-home teddy bear making kits (“Kits”) through our online shop. Each Kit includes everything your family needs to make a stuffed animal at home — you simply pick the plush character and possibly clothing, and we take care of the rest. Our current lineup includes 30+ character options.
2.2 Product Descriptions
We do our best to present our products accurately, including photos, descriptions, and character names. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen than in person due to monitor settings, and this is not considered a defect.
2.3 Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is unexpectedly out of stock or if there is an error in the product listing.
2.4 Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Teddymakermobile@outlook.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, changes and cancellations are governed by our Returns and Refunds policy below.
2.5 Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices
All prices on our website are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment platform. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. All payment data is handled by Shopify in accordance with their own security and privacy standards.
3.3 Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you if this occurs. You will receive a full refund of any amount already charged.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Policy
•    We currently ship within Canada, and may expand to other countries over time.
•    Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
•    We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
4.2 Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for undelivered or misdirected packages resulting from an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, we may charge a re-shipping fee to send it again.
4.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order appears to have been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your Teddy Maker Mobile purchase. Here’s how we handle returns:
5.1 Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened, unused Kits within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
•    The Kit must be in its original, unopened packaging.
•    You must contact us at Teddymakermobile@outlook.com before sending anything back, so we can provide return instructions.
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:
•    Kits that have been opened or partially used.
•    Any customized or personalized items.
•    Sale or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
5.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If your Kit arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and, where possible, photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We take quality seriously — every product is inspected before it leaves us — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
5.4 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5.5 Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
All content on our website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, character names, and design — is owned by Teddy Maker Mobile or its licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This means you can browse and shop — but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
6.3 Your Content
If you share photos, reviews, or other content with us (for example, by tagging us on social media or submitting a review), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content for promotional purposes. We’ll always try to credit you when we do. If you’d prefer we not use your content, just let us know.
